Job Description

• Maintain alignment with company-wide supply chain standards, identifying opportunities for enhancement and ensuring best practices are implemented.
• Act as a key liaison for supply chain initiatives, bridging regional operations with global frameworks.
• Lead efforts to enhance supply chain processes through continuous improvement, technology integration, and efficiency strategies.
• Manage and support key projects related to process upgrades, system rollouts, and operational enhancements.
• Guide and support teams across the region, fostering collaboration and driving a high-performance culture.
• Utilise key metrics and analytics to support leadership in making informed business decisions.
• Ensure smooth execution of key operational functions, supporting overall business efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as Engineering, IT, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Extensive experience in supply chain management, including leadership roles in global organisations.
• Strong background in driving process improvements, digital initiatives, and transformation projects.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning systems and enterprise resource management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across various levels.
• Proven experience in navigating complex business environments and driving change.
