Regional C&B Specialist (Manufacturing) #AKT

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of C&B
• Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
• Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
• Participate in annual merit review cycle, preparing presentation materials for management discussions
• Review and enhance existing benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with employee expectations
• Implement best practices and recommend adjustments to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in compensation and benefits offering
• Prepare and present compensation data reports to senior management, providing insights for decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and support talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in C&B in Manufacturing Industry
