As the Head of Social Work (Community), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead the planning and development of social work practice standards and quality outcomes to support and empower patients, clients, and caregivers through comprehensive support.

• Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of social work and mental health services.

• Assess needs and develop tailored social work services to support the patients, caregivers, and the broader community.

• Review, refine, and improve social work department and other team processes and guidelines to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with government regulations.

• Guide, manage, and develop staff.

• Establish and strengthen networking and collaborative partnerships with external organizations.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work

• Possess minimum 8 years of social work experience

• Good track record in leadership or supervisory experience
