Qashier is looking for an amazing Head of Sales to support our growth. We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for a passionate individual that can spearhead the growth of our business and lead our merchant acquisition efforts in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's growth and revenue objectives.
  2. Identify market opportunities and drive expansion into new verticals and business segments.

Team Leadership:

  1. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  2. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to the team.
  3. Foster a collaborative and high-energy sales culture.

Revenue Growth:

  1. Drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts and partnerships.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations & Enablement:

  1. Oversee the development and management of the sales pipeline.
  2. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
  3. Optimise sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Structure and develop regular sales training sessions to uplift the skills of sales reps.

Market Intelligence:

  1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  2. Provide insights to the Product and Marketing teams to refine our offerings and messaging.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to align efforts and maximise impact.
  2. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to define business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of experience in B2B sales/merchant acquiring/business development (Experience in point of sale and payment systems and/or retail/F&B operations is a plus).
  2. Strong track record of leading and managing high performing sales teams towards achieving and surpassing sales targets is a must.
  3. Proven ability in building scalable sales processes and systems.
  4. Experience in creating and leading of sales technique training program.
  5. Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives from end-to-end including defining the vision and strategy, to driving and executing a plan.
  6. Strong sense of ownership and results driven.
  7. Passionate about technology, payments and the retail space.
