Head of Sales
Our client organisation specialize in digital transformation across various industry sectors. They focus on guiding their organizations through a rewarding journey toward digital transformation by leveraging expertise in AI, data, user experience, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and analytics. In addition, they assist their clients with IT management, including technology operations, infrastructure, and application services. Their diverse client network spans multiple industries, helping them navigate the challenges of the digital economy in sectors such as financial services, retail, transportation and logistics, telecommunications, and resource management, among others.
Job Brief:
They are looking for a high-performing & dynamic Sales Head managing & delivering revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a hands on hunter, win new logos, large multi-year deals.
As Sales Head, responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets annually. Sales head duties will include growing a hungry Sales team, achieving annual targets, building relationships, and growing the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a strong pipeline of large deals, drive them to win – mostly new clients
- Consultative Engagement with CXOs of target clients
- Oversee a team of Sales leaders and get the best outcome in terms of winning large deals, managing CXO relationships and have customer stickiness
- Work with internal solution, delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, contract negotiation et al
- Understand the company solutions and services
- To provide appropriate solutions to the clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability.
- Develops and expands a portfolio of clients
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Present, promote and sell services using “solid sales plans” to existing and prospective customers
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Initially the focus with be Singapore and then expand to South East Asia
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore and South East Asia
- Minimum 5-7 years in a people management and Sales Head role
- Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services. Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services.
- Hungry, motivated and self-driven
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience of working with System Integrators
- Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts
- Ability to drive large deals (>SGD 50M)
- Hunting experience, combined with mining
- Ability to open new strategic accounts
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Business degree or equivalent
