Role Overview:

As the Retail Growth Leader for Japan, you will drive user acquisition and engagement strategies to grow our retail customer base. You will leverage partnerships, events, and localized campaigns to establish OSL Japan as a trusted brand in the market. This role will directly report to our CEO directly.

Key Responsibilities:

KOL & Business Development

• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with crypto KOLs and influencers to amplify brand awareness.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese crypto community.

Offline Events & Retail User Acquisition

• Plan and host offline events (e.g., meetups, workshops, conferences) to attract and educate retail users and grow our EFTDs in Japan.
• Collaborate with local communities and industry stakeholders to enhance OSL Japan’s visibility.

Localized Growth Strategies

• Design and implement hyper-localized marketing campaigns to drive user adoption.
• Analyze market trends and user behavior to optimize engagement tactics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail growth, influencer marketing, or business development, preferably in crypto/fintech.
• Strong network of KOLs, media, and community partners in Japan.
• Expertise in organizing offline events and driving user engagement.
• Deep understanding of Japan’s crypto market and regulatory landscape.
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent in Japanese, Chinese and English (business-level).
