Who we are looking for

As we continue to expand into 2025 and beyond, we are looking for an accomplished and ambitious individual with extensive experience in the insurance brokerage industry to drive strategic growth for the business of Head of Relationship Management. This key position focuses on the front line, both driving growth across the board and bringing constant improvements to our client relationship journey. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will primarily concentrate on identifying new client opportunities, generating new business, and formulating and implementing business development and client management strategies aimed at offering a very high quality of delivery to our clients, further enhancing revenue growth and driving overall business success.

A highly client-centric individual, you instinctively understand the needs and pain points of clients and are solution-driven. You recognize the value of a consulting approach to client advisory, are skilled at identifying business opportunities and understand the need for service delivery improvement in the Singapore market. You are able to successfully communicate your experience, energy and knowledge to team members.

What you will do

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the board to contribute to revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Establish new channels for business acquisition across all business lines to ensure sustained growth, aligning revenue growth with the overall company strategy.
  • Work in partnership with all business departments to identify areas of improvement and implementation plans to design the best possible client journey.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory developments to equip clients with insights and help position Diot-Siaci Asia as a trusted advisor for both individual and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across various business units to prioritize the development of new business opportunities and establish relationships with both existing clients and potential clients.
  • Partner with the marketing department to design targeted campaigns that align with our marketing strategies.

Strategic Account Management

  • Develop, execute, and manage strategies for relationship management aimed at strengthening and broadening essential client partnerships.
  • Improve client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing exceptional, tailored solutions that meet the specific requirements of clients.

Team Leadership

  • Coach and mentor the relationship managers, providing guidance on recognizing potential opportunities and developing effective sales presentations to drive outstanding performance, improve client relationships, and boost client satisfaction.
  • Foster and encourage a collaborative team dynamic in both internal and external business interactions.

What makes you stand out

  • You should have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry with a successful track record in business development and new business revenue. Candidates lacking this level of experience will not be considered.
  • You have strong financial and business acumen, along with analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you will need to build trust with your team and clients, and influence key stakeholders.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of insurance brokerage operations, products, and services, as well as a deep understanding of the target market and competitive environment in Singapore.
