Head of Product & Strategy (Singapore-based) - Major Insurer

As a market leader within the insurance industry, this premier institution continues to record impressive financial performance and invest in innovation. It is seeking to recruit a dynamic and highly capable Head of Product & Strategy in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading the development of products for specific channel or product categories. You will be leading all product strategic planning and initiatives, market research and innovations to ensure the company is ready to capture emerging and future consumer demand. You will actively monitor the competitive environment and provide the relevant analysis and recommendation to support the distribution team.

Requirements

You have at least 15 years of direct working experience in product development or product management ideally gained in life insurance sector. You have a proven track record in managing and leading a team to handle complex situations as well as understanding complex insurance product levers. You are strategic, driven, agile, analytical and comfortable operating in fast-paced work environment. You hold a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related discipline.
