Head of Product

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead our product development and management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our product portfolio, identifying market opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance our competitive position and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead a team of product managers and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new products and enhancements.
• Product portfolio include but not limited to fixed network products (e.g. Broadband Internet, DIA, IPT, Metro Ethernet, DWDM), Colocation, SASE, and Cybersecurity.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market feedback and business priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and success.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our product development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field;
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management in a telecommunications/service provider environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing telecommunications and/or cybersecurity products to market, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
