Role Overview
As the Head of Product – Developers at PropertyGuru, you will shape and execute the product vision and strategy for our property developer-focused solutions. You will lead a team of talented product professionals, ensuring that they deliver innovative and high-impact products that align with both customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Set Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and lead the product vision and roadmap for our Developer Solutions portfolio, aligning with PropertyGuru’s overarching business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities within Southeast Asia’s online and mobile real estate space, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
Customer-Centric Focus
- Gain deep insights into developer and buyer needs, identifying and bridging product gaps.
- Collaborate with our Research team to refine user personas, validate pain points, and develop solutions that enhance the customer experience.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the ideation, development, launch, and iteration of new products and features for desktop, mobile, and app platforms.
- Evaluate product concepts, conduct cost analyses, and make recommendations on product types and pricing strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Define clear hypotheses and success metrics for new product features.
- Work with the sales team to interpret consumer and ad-related metrics, deriving actionable insights that improve product-market fit.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and launch plans.
- Ensure seamless product rollouts with clear communication and onboarding strategies for internal teams and external partners.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track key performance indicators (e.g., conversion rates, average order value, revenue per visit) to gauge product success.
- Develop strategies to optimize these KPIs and present regular performance updates to executive leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Product Management Expertise
- Extensive experience leading product teams, preferably in a B2B environment or within the property/real estate sector.
- Strong track record of delivering successful digital products from concept to market launch.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset
- Ability to align product vision with business strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Expertise in using data, analytics, and customer insights to guide decisions and refine product offerings.
