Job description

Responsibilities

Drive procurement excellence by optimizing purchasing strategies and supply chain processes to meet business objectives across multiple sectors.
Lead the design and implementation of efficient vendor management practices, ensuring transparency and accountability during supplier evaluations and negotiations.
Collaborate with operations teams to align supply chain strategies with client needs, delivering seamless and cost-effective solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform procurement decisions and identify innovative opportunities for value creation.
Oversee performance monitoring and category management, ensuring suppliers deliver consistent quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Implement systems to manage risks, ensure compliance, and uphold standards in sourcing and procurement practices.
Develop strategic supply chain frameworks to support new business initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational scalability.
Lead and inspire a team to achieve supply chain targets, enhance performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing supply chains with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation.
Strong strategic and analytical skills with a record of implementing impactful procurement solutions.
Familiarity with the Food and Beverage or Service sectors is a plus.
