We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Operations to join a growing multi-family office in its start-up phase. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing the operational infrastructure to support the firm's investment activities, client services, and wealth management operations. This leadership role requires a hands-on professional with a strong understanding of family office operations, regulatory compliance, and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and systems that support the firm's growth and long-term objectives. Streamline operations to ensure scalability and efficiency in a dynamic start-up environment.
Oversee the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions for high-net-worth families. Implement best-in-class client service processes, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Identify and implement technology solutions (e.g., portfolio management software, CRM systems, reporting platforms) that enhance operational efficiency, data security, and client reporting. Ensure systems are integrated to support business goals and regulatory compliance.
Ensure that the multi-family office complies with all relevant regulations and industry best practices, including KYC/AML requirements, data privacy regulations, and fiduciary responsibilities. Work with legal and compliance teams to manage risk effectively.
Continuously assess and refine operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. Lead initiatives for process optimization and automation where possible.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within wealth management, private banking, or a multi-family office.
Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing company environment, with a proven ability to build and scale operations.
