Reporting to the General Manager of Food Atrium Division, the Head of Operations is responsible for the operations of Food Atriums in Singapore, in line with financial budgets, company expectations, policies and procedures.
With a primary objective is to drive optimal business performance, you will lead and coach the Operations Manager/Assistant Operations Manager and work closely with the Food Atrium Team to deliver the key performance indicators (KPI’s) set for Singapore market through top line sales growth and cost management to achieve the full potential in profitability of each atrium. The incumbent will also proactively drive new business initiatives and work with new operators in line with the business expansion plan.
Responsibilities:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achievement of sales budgets through coaching and leadership of the management team.
Achievement of business profitability through the regular review, management and analysis of sales and controllable costs (COGS, wages, roster efficiencies), customer traffic and identifying strengths to build on potential opportunities.
Define and document operating systems and procedure for the different formats in consultation with relevant stakeholders
Develop operational capabilities design training, audit and corrective follow-up
Systematize training and development for each role within the business unit
Instill operational excellence, data culture
Enforce audits to ensure compliance to systems and standards
Reports key performance metrics and development status
All other duties as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
At least 10 years of working experience in F&B or service related industries
