Marketing Strategy: Develop the corporate brand entity in consultation with Business Unit Heads, define key performance indicators and metrics to measure marketing campaign effectiveness, identify new revenue opportunities, and strategize implementation of marketing plans.
Collaboration: Work with Business Unit Heads to develop innovative marketing strategies, allocate resources effectively across various marketing initiatives, and ensure optimal return on investment.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and modify strategies as needed.
Industry Networking: Participate in industry associations and networking events to expand knowledge and build relationships.
Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential customers and act as a bridge between them and Business Unit Heads.
Job Requirements
Education: Diploma or higher education qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Skills: People management, good communication skills (verbal and written), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and negotiation skills.
