Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Head of Marketing to join our team in Singapore. This role will focus on Brand & Strategy Planning, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing and requires a leader with solid presentation skills and the ability to inspire and drive teams to success.
Brand Strategy & Planning
Develop, implement, and execute innovative marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and awareness.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Demand Generation
Design and implement targeted demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition and revenue growth.
Optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, digital advertising, webinars, and content marketing, to generate high-quality leads.
Monitor and analyze funnel performance, ensuring consistent lead flow and conversion rates.
Field Marketing
Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives to support sales teams in achieving revenue targets.
Organize and manage events, tradeshows, and field activities that build brand awareness and foster customer engagement.
Partner closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless collaboration.
Strategic Campaign Development
Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Presentation & Communication
Create and deliver impactful presentations for stakeholders, including executive teams and external partners.
Clearly articulate complex marketing strategies in a compelling and persuasive manner.
Team Leadership & Motivation
Inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Set clear goals, provide mentorship, and drive accountability to achieve marketing objectives.
The Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand management and demand generation
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong experience in designing and executing demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
Strong leadership qualities and experience in motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
