Our client:

Our client is a leader in local F&B retailing with a century of tradition, focusing on expanding their network to include more retail stores and Singapore distribution points across the island.

Job Description

  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including goal setting, promotional strategy, customer optimization, and seamless program delivery across all media channels and in-store.
  • Take responsibility for generating innovative content ideas through A/B testing, leveraging a variety of consumer touchpoints such as EDM, Out-of-Home, social media, digital marketing, and more.
  • Approve and distribute all press-related assets in Singapore, including press releases, products/new line pitches, and media stories.
  • Responsible for leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis to measure performance and devise process improvements, translating results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
  • Manage and monitor the annual marketing budget and expenditure for maximum returns.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of strategic brand partners, key industry influencers, and vendors to consistently expand and grow market share.
  • Lead and guide the team in the execution of compelling marketing campaigns, driving paid and non-paid marketing performance to attain loyalty, acquisition, engagement, and revenue goals for the eCommerce channel.
  • Guide and mentor the Marketing Pillars to enhance and optimize marketing operations, ensuring best-in-class standards and excellence across campaigns, social media, KOL/PR, partnerships, and digital communications.
  • Lead a team of designers, offering guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, creative artwork and assets.
  • Oversee the customer experience team, guiding them effectively in resolving customer feedback and inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in retail, F&B, omni-channel, or direct-to-consumer brand environments.
  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email automation, and CRM.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while being an effective team player in group management settings.
  • Skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen awareness of numbers, trends, and revenue, and a drive to consistently achieve better results.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
