You’ll drive growth from 0-100, setting up essential processes and procedures to ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the founders to define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
2. Develop and manage lead generation and social media campaigns aimed at SMEs across diverse sectors, including SaaS and Fintech.
3. Set up the foundational marketing processes, ensuring scalability and success across campaigns.
4. Act as a key advisor, using your marketing expertise to implement best practices and drive performance.
5. Foster a data-driven, results-oriented marketing culture within the agency.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in marketing, ideally in an agency or tech/Fintech startup environment.
2. Strong expertise in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, social media, and performance marketing.
3. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and set up processes from scratch.
4. Passion for scaling businesses and taking them to the next level, especially within the SME market.
5. Comfort with autonomy and driving initiatives with little oversight – you’ll be the driving force in building something impactful.
