Head of Marketing in Retail Industry (ID: 660445)

Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Head of Marketing.

Job Scope:

1. Conceptualize, lead and implement the overall marketing strategy for all brands under the organization.
2. Ensure that all marketing activities and collaterals are in line with brand equity.
3. Work with cross-functional heads to ensure marketing activities have a positive impact on Sales performance.
4. Keep abreast of competitor activities and market developments.
5. Define and develop KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness.
6. Provide analysis & performance reports including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of KPIs and recommending changes to improve performance to achieve results.
7. Evaluate e-commerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI and recommend data-driven learnings for future campaigns.
8. Manage the e-commerce team and be responsible for the day-to-day operations aspects of the e-commerce platform including user experience, order fulfillment, customer service, and content creation.
9. Review the e-commerce team resources for skills training, career advancement, and recruitment. Manage off-shore Customer Care/e-commerce support officer who oversees responding to customer inquiries on live-chat and emails.

Requirement:

1. Possess a degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of proven experience in a related field, of which 2 years is in a managerial capacity.
3. Prior experience in digital marketing strategy.
4. Proficient in SEO, Woocommerce, Shopify, and Wordpress.
5. Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
6. Ability to handle a small team.
