• Oversee the entire community strategy, ensuring high engagement and retention across Telegram, Twitter, and Discord.

• Develop Web3-native community programs that leverage AI-DiD activations, ambassador programs, and viral mechanics.

• Implement incentivized engagement models, including AI-powered referral programs, leaderboards, and gamified growth loops.

• Drive Telegram Mini-App adoption, optimizing user flows to increase engagement and repeat activity.

• Establish and manage relationships with community moderators, ambassadors, and KOLs to maximize organic reach.

• Define and execute strategies for onboarding, retention, and engagement within the AI-DiD ecosystem.

• Lead and oversee the entire marketing team, ensuring smooth execution across community, content, social, and campaign teams.

• Set clear KPIs for community growth, engagement rates, and campaign performance, iterating based on analytics.

• Align the marketing team’s strategy with the AI’s AI-DiD adoption roadmap, ensuring a cohesive GTM approach.

• Manage collaboration between marketing, product, and business development teams for optimized execution.

• Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to grow user adoption and engagement.

• Optimize marketing campaigns to integrate AI-DiD activations, viral gamification, and network effects.

• Oversee Twitter, Telegram, and Discord strategies, ensuring maximum community traction through memes, threads, and influencer engagement.

• Launch community-led growth campaigns, incentivizing UGC, AI-DiD creations, and viral interactions.

• Define their AI’s brand voice and messaging, ensuring it resonates with Web3, AI, and crypto-native audiences.

• Drive AI-powered storytelling, positioning their AI as the leader in AI-driven decentralized identity and data economy.

• Oversee content strategies across Twitter, Discord, YouTube, and AI-driven blogs, ensuring high engagement and virality.

• Lead the development of community-led narratives, turning user experiences into powerful growth levers.

• Track key growth metrics, including community engagement, activation rates, and AI-DiD adoption KPIs.

• Use AI-driven analytics to optimize marketing funnels and personalize user interactions.

• 5+ years in marketing leadership, with a strong focus on community growth, Web3, and viral marketing.

• Proven experience in community management, with expertise in engaging and retaining large Web3 communities.

• Deep knowledge of Web3 growth strategies, community incentives, and network effects.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing and community strategies.

• Ability to launch and scale high-velocity campaigns, airdrops, and AI-powered engagement strategies.

• Strong expertise in Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and influencer marketing.

• A data-driven approach, with experience in growth analytics, retention strategies, and performance optimization.
