Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute all aspects of marketing strategies and initiatives, aligned with business objectives, to further strengthen the brand and drive profitable growth
  2. Oversee and maintain the company's PR and communications strategy to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation in the finance industry
  3. Engage in digital/content marketing, social media, thought leadership content and events to support market growth
  4. Reporting of analytics and market intelligence to bring competitor and customer insights
  5. Leverage on existing media relationships to secure positive coverage for new partnerships, product launches and executive profiling
  6. Track the performance of campaigns and provide data-backed insights to optimise future campaigns and find new opportunity areas

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. At least 5+ years experience in a marketing/communications role
  2. Experience in content creation and understanding of marketing fundamentals
  3. Hands on experience in digital marketing and channel management
  4. Self motivated team player. Ability to work independently as well as partnering with and managing multiple stakeholders
  5. Educational background in communications, marketing or an equivalent portfolio is preferred
  6. Exceptional speaking and writing capabilities in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take an entrepreneurial approach to resolve challenges
  8. Bias for action, with a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Attention to detail while balancing big-picture strategic work.
