Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive brand and product demand, achieving target KPIs.
- Lead marketing campaigns and brand partnerships, with a focus on inspiring enthusiasm and desire for the brand.
- Manage the communications strategy with the Public Relations agency to maximize audience engagement.
- Plan and implement 360 launches across all channels, coordinating with key department stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all outlets, events, and communications.
- Cultivate brand partnerships for customer acquisition, increased awareness, and understanding.
- Oversee the rollout and monitoring of sales promotion campaigns.
- Develop advocate/ambassador relationships to expand the brand's footprint in Singapore and SEA.
- Achieve CRM KPIs by planning and executing campaigns across all channels.
- Provide strong trade marketing support to the retailer network, coordinating with Sales, Education, and Retail.
- Manage and cultivate media relationships, including traditional and digital outlets.
- Responsible for planning, updating, and reforecasting the Marketing budget, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, target audiences, and business trends to identify opportunities.
- Develop key metrics and analytics in collaboration with the Marketing and Finance teams to ensure ROI.
- Monitor competitor activity and stay ahead within the photographic, optics, home cinema, and timepieces space.
- Participate actively in Sales & Operations meetings to achieve product sales targets and profitability.
Requirements:
- More than 8 years of high-end/premium/luxury retail industry experience.
- Experience in consumer brand will be advantageous.
- Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen.
- Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong understanding of the P&L of the business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track sales record in a target-driven environment.
- Strong people management experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, coach, and develop people.
- Meticulous with a strong analytical mind.
- Creatively driven to think out of the box.
- Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability.
