Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive brand and product demand, achieving target KPIs.
  2. Lead marketing campaigns and brand partnerships, with a focus on inspiring enthusiasm and desire for the brand.
  3. Manage the communications strategy with the Public Relations agency to maximize audience engagement.
  4. Plan and implement 360 launches across all channels, coordinating with key department stakeholders.
  5. Ensure consistent brand image and messaging across all outlets, events, and communications.
  6. Cultivate brand partnerships for customer acquisition, increased awareness, and understanding.
  7. Oversee the rollout and monitoring of sales promotion campaigns.
  8. Develop advocate/ambassador relationships to expand the brand's footprint in Singapore and SEA.
  9. Achieve CRM KPIs by planning and executing campaigns across all channels.
  10. Provide strong trade marketing support to the retailer network, coordinating with Sales, Education, and Retail.
  11. Manage and cultivate media relationships, including traditional and digital outlets.
  12. Responsible for planning, updating, and reforecasting the Marketing budget, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  13. Analyze market trends, target audiences, and business trends to identify opportunities.
  14. Develop key metrics and analytics in collaboration with the Marketing and Finance teams to ensure ROI.
  15. Monitor competitor activity and stay ahead within the photographic, optics, home cinema, and timepieces space.
  16. Participate actively in Sales & Operations meetings to achieve product sales targets and profitability.

Requirements:

  1. More than 8 years of high-end/premium/luxury retail industry experience.
  2. Experience in consumer brand will be advantageous.
  3. Good business insights to the industry and strong business acumen.
  4. Good analytical skills, problem solver, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  5. Strong understanding of the P&L of the business.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Proven track sales record in a target-driven environment.
  8. Strong people management experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, coach, and develop people.
  9. Meticulous with a strong analytical mind.
  10. Creatively driven to think out of the box.
  11. Strong ability to multi-task; strong project management skills with good time management ability.
