We are working with a leading FinTech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for both a Head of Marketing to join their Singapore team.
The package is competitive at SGD 120k-168k / year (excluding bonus).
Mission:
Lead brand growth, acquisition, and retention strategies across all platforms. Focus on customer-centric, data-driven approaches to scale reach, awareness, and conversions. Manage a team executing omni-channel campaigns in Organic, Performance, Brand, Design, CRM, Social, and Content Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Align marketing strategy with business objectives, identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensure marketing excellence, achieving financial and demand generation targets.
- Oversee marketing P&L and cross-functional synergy in Organic, Acquisition, and Retention.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Drive innovation and leverage data for segmentation, targeting, and activation.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on growth strategies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and identify emerging trends and partnerships.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the digital space.
- Experience leading and developing multi-functional teams.
- Proven success in executing multi-functional marketing strategies, particularly in acquisition marketing (organic and performance).
- Strong background in growth and product marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Multi-market experience is a plus.
