We are seeking a Marketing Lead to spearhead Lotusia Group’s B2B marketing strategy and drive multi-channel campaigns for scalable growth. This pivotal role oversees branding, marketing communications, social media management, performance marketing, and field marketing with the goal of building brand awareness and generating leads across key markets. As the Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute always-on-demand generation and lead nurturing programs by managing a small team and working cross-functionally with sales, design, and external stakeholders to create measurable impact.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is data-driven, and possesses a strong understanding of both Chinese and English markets. As you will be liaising closely with internal teams and external key stakeholders, you'll need to have a deep understanding and experience marketing to the overseas audience as well as understand marketing channels and process great writing and communications skills.
