Job description

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to spearhead Lotusia Group’s B2B marketing strategy and drive multi-channel campaigns for scalable growth. This pivotal role oversees branding, marketing communications, social media management, performance marketing, and field marketing with the goal of building brand awareness and generating leads across key markets. As the Marketing Lead, you will develop and execute always-on-demand generation and lead nurturing programs by managing a small team and working cross-functionally with sales, design, and external stakeholders to create measurable impact.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is data-driven, and possesses a strong understanding of both Chinese and English markets. As you will be liaising closely with internal teams and external key stakeholders, you'll need to have a deep understanding and experience marketing to the overseas audience as well as understand marketing channels and process great writing and communications skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy

  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior to develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage corporate assets and ensure the quality and consistency of marketing deliverables across all content and campaigns.

Content & Channel Management

  • Oversee content strategy, managing the Content team to produce high-quality blog posts, press releases, social media content, and marketing collateral
  • Plan and execute multi-channel content calendars for LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, and WeChat, ensuring timely and engaging content that aligns with audience preferences.
  • Manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and RED to boost traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

SEO

  • Analyze website traffic and SEO trends to identify content opportunities and improve search visibility in key markets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the website delivers a seamless user experience and reflects current marketing priorities.

Field Marketing & Events

  • Identify and execute field marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and generate leads, including participation in industry events like TOKEN2049 and smaller-scale forums.
  • Manage event planning and logistics, working closely with the design team and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact.

Collaboration & Performance Reporting

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and external partners to develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive business results.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, evaluating key metrics such as ROI, lead generation, and pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, including omni-channel content creation and demand generation.
  • Proven experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and senior management.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, RED, WeChat) and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic design skills (Adobe Illustrator preferred) and website management experience.
  • Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
