Overview:

Mintable is on the lookout for a trailblazing Head of Marketing with extensive experience in both Web3 and Web2 tech commerce. This strategic role will focus on driving our branding initiatives, targeted go-to-market campaigns, and bolstering user and client acquisition efforts. Your efforts will be crucial in launching our diverse suite of B2B(2C) products, building the utility NFT ecosystem, and onboarding the next billion end-users on-chain, to the "Home of NFTs.”

Scope of work

  • Brand strategy - Lead the strategic branding initiatives for the relaunch of Mintable's NFT marketplace and the rollout of Mintology's B2B products, ensuring both platforms have a strong, coherent market identity and narrative.
  • Go-to-market - Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new products, driving user growth, and scaling the user base to reach ambitious targets. This includes deploying multi-channel marketing strategies, integrating PR efforts to enhance visibility and impact.
  • Content and Messaging - Oversee content strategy across channels, ensuring messaging resonates and effectively reaches diverse audiences, emphasising the use of integrated channels to maintain a unified brand voice across all platforms.
  • KOL and Community Engagement - Utilise extensive networks within the Web3 and Web2 ecosystems to engage KOLs and influencers, fostering community growth and brand loyalty.
  • Partnership Activations - Collaborate with partners on joint campaigns and messaging, maximising co-branding opportunities and leveraging partner networks for broader reach.
  • Team Management and Operations - Lead the marketing team's growth and development, establish clear objectives, foster talent, and streamline operational processes. Ensure all marketing communications effectively embody and promote the company's culture.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Implement data analytics to inform strategy adjustments, measure success, and ensure a return on marketing investment.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 8 years in marketing, with a track record in both Web3 (NFTs / crypto / RWAs) and Web2 (especially tech / social commerce).
  • Deep understanding of the NFT, crypto, and/or broader Web3 ecosystems, with keen insight into their narratives and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, engage, and sustain digital / Web3 communities, leveraging strategies for virality and hype creation.
  • Strong connections within the Web3 and/ or Web2 community, including KOLs, influencers, and ecosystem players.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stellar communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences, both internally and externally.
