What You Will Do:
Be the domain expert in marketing for a global market and the advocate for existing and prospective users, while overseeing a team of general marketers and designers, and manage our external vendors, including PR and branding agencies.
Work closely with the business development team, product managers, sales, design, and PR to develop a go-to-market strategy and drive user acquisition and retention for XSGD and XIDR in the Singapore and Indonesia markets.
Partner with the Product and Business development teams to build business use cases for acquisition, and define the right data metrics to track.
Regularly perform deep dive analysis on performance metrics and provide recommendations to grow the business.
Efficiently manage the marketing budget through activation programs and paid media to continuously create brand awareness and drive acquisition.
Take ownership of SEO-driven content marketing for the Singapore market by:
Creating compelling user-centric content for all communication touch points including the website, blog, and social media channels.
Orchestrating the content calendar, ensuring consistency in terms of style, branding, and optimization for search for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, and video.
Serving as a strategic contact for internal stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders, partners, and external PR agencies to drive content development needs.
Localizing product content and supporting field activation (webinars, events, workshops, etc.).
What We Are Looking For
Diploma or Degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in content marketing and/or field marketing.
Outspoken with the ability to communicate/escalate concerns and facilitate the right stakeholders in a discussion before they become issues.
Comfortable working in a tech environment with the ability to coordinate across several functions (Marketing, Design, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Compliance).
