The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading and managing the overall HR function for the organisation. This role requires a strategic HR leader who can develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the mission and values of the non-profit, ensuring that the organisation attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing and motivated workforce. The Head of HR will oversee all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and compliance.
