Job Description:

Our client is a leading asset management firm dedicated to delivering superior investment solutions. With a focus on long-term growth and excellence, they pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and innovative workplace culture. Currently, they are looking for a forward-thinking Head of HR to join their executive leadership team and drive their talent management strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Development and Execution:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, ensuring the firm's growth and operational efficiency.
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
    Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the firm attracts and retains high-caliber talent in line with the firm’s needs and values. Oversee workforce planning and ensure that the organization has the right mix of talent to drive business success.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture:
    Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance. Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
  • Leadership Development & Succession Planning:
    Implement leadership development programs and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure the firm’s long-term success.
  • Performance Management:
    Oversee the design and implementation of performance management systems that are aligned with organizational goals. Ensure a fair, transparent, and motivating process for employee evaluations.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:
    Manage employee relations matters, ensuring a fair, respectful, and compliant work environment. Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations and ensure the firm’s policies adhere to legal requirements.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they are competitive and align with the firm’s objectives and market standards.
  • HR Technology & Analytics:
    Leverage HR technology and data analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Advisory Role to Leadership Team:
    Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights on human capital, organizational design, and talent strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Human Resources leadership roles, preferably within the asset management or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance within the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation strategies.
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on in implementing HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and work with senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred).
