Responsible for organising and establishing the company's HR policy, related HRIS and SOPs;
Form human capital and organisational structure plan, conduct functional analysis and departmentation, prepare, review and adjust the Company’s workforce plan and succession scheme for critical positions;
Responsible for organising and formulating the company's annual manpower budget, HR work plan and target, monitoring the company's human resources allocation, key risk indicators, budget progress and the completion status of relevant work plans;
Responsible for organising the establishment, improvement and optimisation of the company's HR management system and HRIS to ensure that HR work progresses to be informationised, intelligent, scientific and standardised according to the company's management philosophy;
Organise and implement the policies for expatriates of the parent company, and manage the remuneration, welfare, foreign affairs, employment relations, deployment and other HR matters of the expatriates within the authorisation of the parent company;
Organise and implement performance appraisal of the general employee and departments, disciplinary actions, and propose employee promotion, reward & penalties, etc.;
Organise and establish HR policies and management system for key HR functions of the holding subsidiaries, such as compensation & benefits, welfare, foreign affairs, employment relations and deployment;
Act as the data protection office of the Company, responsible for the personal data protection matter and the communication and coordination with relevant government agencies.
Admin:
In charge of all administrative related works of the company;
Take charge of administrative SOPs and develop administrative governance policies to enhance overall administrative functions;
Lead and organise the company's corporate culture and news publicity;
Arranged and implemented various logistics services of the company;
Liaising with CNAF office and corporate culture committee works;
Implement the company's epidemic prevention and control policies, responsible for office premise management, epidemic prevention materials management and related information management during the epidemic;
Responsible for assisting the management team on daily work and arrangement of official activities;
Responsible for unified centralised management of the company's emergency work;
Implement on other tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent;
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferred in public listed companies;
Excellent people skills, and good knowledge in labour laws, employment acts and statutory programs;
Good organisational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
Possess excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).
