Tasks

The Head of Global Marketing APAC is responsible for:

  1. Develop APAC B2C and B2B marketing strategies, create local content, implement activities, and optimize performance
  2. Define a targeted, personalized, customer-centric B2B/B2C content strategy, including execution and policy guidelines
  3. Adapt and implement global B2B/B2C marketing strategies to fit local needs while ensuring alignment with Lufthansa Group airlines in APAC
  4. Oversee marketing KPIs, set intelligence standards, and evaluate strategies
  5. Define 360° marketing strategies, including campaigns, sponsorships, partnerships, social media, and community engagement
  6. Lead a team of 4 direct reports and 16 functional team members across APAC
  7. Drive a data-driven, KPI-focused, customer-oriented marketing culture
  8. Participate in other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

  1. High school certificate, A level/Abitur or equivalent required
  2. Bachelor's degree required
  3. Master’s degree desirable
  4. 10 years of relevant professional experience required
  5. Team lead experience required
  6. Experience in leading virtual teams across several locations is an asset
  7. English language required
  8. German language desirable
  9. Knowledge of the Asian/Pacific Aviation Market required
  10. Computer skills as user
  11. Excellent business sense
