Job Description:

Responsibilities
  1. To provide finance leadership in tracking cash flow, planning and analysing project financial strengths and weaknesses and to propose strategic finance directions.
  2. Plan, assign, coordinate and manage work of finance staff responsible for budgeting, auditing, and accounting, locally and regionally.
  3. Coordinate the month-end closing process in conjunction with company guidelines.
  4. Oversee closing process and ensure that deadline for submission of financial statements is adhered to.
  5. Review monthly financial reports before submission.
  6. Review management reports before submission to management.
  7. Present accurate financial information monthly along with your analysis and explanation of material variances.
  8. Prepare forecast and budgets within company guidelines.
  9. Facilitate the annual financial statement external audit.
  10. Provide day-to-day leadership and work with finance staff to ensure a high performance.
  11. Review and ensure appropriate internal controls are in place locally and regionally for areas of responsibilities.
  12. Manage the professional development of all direct reports.
  13. Develop, implement, and evaluate Departments plans, policies, and procedures to achieve annual goals and work standards.
  14. Signs checks and approves payments.

Requirements
  1. Process recognized Finance Degree, Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) accreditation is a plus.
  2. More than 10 years of experience in managing financial budgets for multiple projects, preferable from engineering or construction industries.
  3. Demonstrate proactive, hands-on, and exhibit a positive "can-do" attitude.
  4. Must possess strong organizational skills and strategic agility.
  5. Strong team leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and support direct reports.
