Head of Facilities | Healthcare | Dubai Festival City | Dubai

As 14 multi-speciality clinics, we offer the best medical expertise in specialised treatments, from ophthalmology to endocrinology.

Based at our Head Office in Dubai Festival City, The Head of Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and compliance of our healthcare facilities.

This role involves ensuring that all buildings and equipment meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish Safety Policies and Maintenance Programs:
  2. Develop and implement safety policies to promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
  3. Create and maintain maintenance programs to ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
  4. Identify Needs for Repairs or Renovations:
  5. Conduct regular assessments to identify necessary repairs and renovation projects.
  6. Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities based on urgency and impact.
  7. Oversee Design of New Construction:
  8. Collaborate with architects and contractors on the design and layout of new construction projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

7-10 years of experience managing facilities operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Healthcare facilities management experience strongly preferred.

  • Arabic speaking is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including contractors, staff, and regulatory agencies.
