Job Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of large scale and high profile events for sports, entertainment and lifestyle.
• Lead and mentor a professional team, offering guidance and support to meet departmental objectives.
• Demonstrate strong financial skills and effectively manage budgets.
• Work closely with stakeholder teams to identify and enhance business opportunities to ensure event deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to ensure compliance with governance standards and efficient cost management.
• Serve as the key coordinator and leader throughout the project management process with markets.
• Analyze event performance and provide feedback to both management and the global team.
• Ensure local events practices align with market and industry standards on sustainability and circularity.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Sporting Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in bringing in new large scale diverse events.
• Experience in large scale events with international exposure will be advantageous.
• Able to work well in a fast paced environment.
