Responsibilities:

1. Ensure successful execution of large scale and high profile events for sports, entertainment and lifestyle.
2. Lead and mentor a professional team, offering guidance and support to meet departmental objectives.
3. Demonstrate strong financial skills and effectively manage budgets.
4. Work closely with stakeholder teams to identify and enhance business opportunities to ensure event deliverables are met.
5. Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to ensure compliance with governance standards and efficient cost management.
6. Serve as the key coordinator and leader throughout the project management process with markets.
7. Analyze event performance and provide feedback to both management and the global team.
8. Ensure local events practices align with market and industry standards on sustainability and circularity.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Sporting Management or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of proven experience leading teams for high profile events.
3. Experience in large scale sporting, entertainment or lifestyle events will be advantageous.
4. Able to work well in a fast paced environment.
