As Head of Direct Scaled Acquisitions, you will lead a team of Vendor Performance Managers supporting vendors and managing market performance. You will collaborate with the regional Acquisitions Marketing team to align lead volumes and plans. Your focus will be driving business growth through initiatives, while partnering with Vendor Performance Managers (VPMs) to identify further growth opportunities.

- Drive Inbound acquisitions and business growth to meet and exceed business goals. Emphasizing on workflows and operational efficiency to guide day-to-day execution of the Direct Scaled Acquisitions program in APAC, ensuring a business rhythm.
- Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of Vendor Performance Managers (VPMs) across APAC, ensuring enablement with Google sales, product, and internal tools knowledge.
- Develop and grow senior cross functional relationships across external and internal stakeholders, including Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO), Vendor Strategy and Operations (VSO), Acquisitions Marketing and Sales Finance. Work with the regional Marketing team to ensure growing lead volumes and accurate forecasting.
- Build influential, trusted partner relationships with vendor sales management for your line of business, communicating expectations for delivering against program-specific agreement terms while providing appropriate support, standard procedures, and guidance.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in a sales management consulting, sales operations, sales leadership, or related role.
- Experience owning the output of a contact center, field operations, and tech support operation, including meeting goals and metrics.
- Experience managing a Sales team, or a similar sales-focused team.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in driving business outcomes across multiple markets in Asia Pacific.
- Experience in running scaled operations and vendor management.
- Experience working in acquisition business.
