Job Description:

We are looking for a Head of Corporate Development and Finance to play a critical role in shaping

our company’s financial strategy, fundraising efforts, and growth initiatives. This role is both strategic

and executional, requiring a hands-on leader who can provide key insights into company performance

for internal and external stakeholders, evaluate potential acquisitions and capital raising efforts, where

required. You will work closely with the executive team and investors to optimize financial decisionmaking

and long-term value creation. This role will report to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Own company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Corporate Strategy Execution: Partner with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare and present financial and business performance reports to investors, board members, and internal leadership.
• Finance Process & System Optimization: Improve finance processes, implement reporting systems, and enhance internal controls.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Identify, assess, and execute potential acquisition opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead equity and debt fundraising efforts, manage investor relationships, and prepare financial models, pitch decks, and due diligence materials.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate
• development. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment preferred
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and M&A execution experience.
• Ability to develop and execute corporate strategy, exit planning, and capital allocation decisions.
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations (venture capital or private equity fundraising
• preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience preparing investor and board
• materials.
• Highly analytical with a hands-on approach—able to roll up sleeves and execute while thinking
• strategically.
