Our client is a leading Insurance Broker in Singapore. They are now looking for a Head of Compliance.

About the Job
This role is a highly independent position. You will be required to work with relevant key compliance stakeholders to oversee all compliance matters within Singapore, including regulatory and licensing requirements, Data Protection, Financial Crime, and the overall Compliance Framework.

About the Manager/Team
This role reports to the COO.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience operating in a similar role at a senior level in the insurance industry, especially in insurance brokers or general insurance firms.
• Experience managing a professional team is ideal but not a requirement.
• Strong understanding of Singapore local regulations and frameworks.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
