3. Public Relations & Media Relations
Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, and industry thought leaders to secure positive coverage and manage the company’s public image.
Develop press releases, media kits, and executive talking points for product launches, company news, and crisis responses.
4. Digital & Social Media Communications
Oversee digital communication strategies including content marketing, SEO-driven storytelling, and social media engagement.
Monitor and optimize the company’s presence on all digital platforms to grow brand awareness and drive traffic.
5. Crisis Communication & Reputation Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for crisis communication; lead rapid-response planning and execution.
Monitor industry trends and sentiment to proactively address potential public relation risks.
6. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
Develop internal communication initiatives that strengthen culture, alignment, and transparency.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure timely, effective communication across departments and regions.
7. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service, product, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and initiatives.
8. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies using KPIs and audience insights.
Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data, trends, and emerging platforms.
