As Head of Commercial, you will be the driving force behind Palvision's continued success. You will lead a high-performing team across Corporate and Residential Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to achieving our business objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the media landscape, including pay-TV, digital entertainment, and telecommunications.

What You Will Do:

• Chart the Course: Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies aligned with Medianet's overall vision, setting clear KPIs and driving sustainable growth.
• Identify Opportunities: Uncover new revenue streams, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our reach in both corporate and residential markets.
• Understand the Customer: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape to refine our product offerings and deliver exceptional value.
• Lead and Inspire: Motivate and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and driving performance across all commercial functions.
• Maximize Revenue: Create and launch compelling service bundles, promotions, and pricing models that attract new customers and enhance retention.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to inform commercial plans and optimize business growth.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of senior commercial leadership experience, ideally within the media, telecommunications, or digital entertainment sectors.
• Proven success in corporate and residential sales, revenue management, and market expansion.
• Expertise in negotiating and managing high-value contracts and partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that deliver significant revenue growth.
• 2+ Years in Pay-TV OTT Space: This is a crucial and specific requirement, indicating a need for expertise in the rapidly evolving streaming landscape.
• Strong understanding of content distribution, pay-TV models, advertising, and digital media.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative relationships.
