Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving enrolment, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring seamless centre operations.
  • Lead sales and customer service teams to optimize enrolment and retention through targeted marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee branding, digital content, and marketing outreach while ensuring consistent communication across platforms.
  • Manage teacher scheduling, and operational efficiency across Learning Point Centres.
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Develop business strategies, conduct market research, and foster partnerships to drive growth.
  • Plan and execute special programmes and industry events.
  • Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance customer experience and business performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in education, with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken & written)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and project management
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills
  • Resilient under pressure and a team player
  • Must work on Saturdays
