Head of Centre Operations, Enrolment & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving enrolment, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring seamless centre operations.
- Lead sales and customer service teams to optimize enrolment and retention through targeted marketing and engagement strategies.
- Oversee branding, digital content, and marketing outreach while ensuring consistent communication across platforms.
- Manage teacher scheduling, and operational efficiency across Learning Point Centres.
- Work closely with other departments
- Develop business strategies, conduct market research, and foster partnerships to drive growth.
- Plan and execute special programmes and industry events.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance customer experience and business performance.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
- At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in education, with a strong understanding of the industry
- Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken & written)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and project management
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills
- Resilient under pressure and a team player
- Must work on Saturdays
