Title: Head of Asset Enhancement - Integrated Facilities Business

About the role:
Our client is a global Integrated Facilities business with a significant presence in Singapore and Asia, known for developing high-quality, large-scale integrated entertainment and hospitality experiences globally.
They are seeking an experienced Head of Asset Enhancement, a Subject Matter Expert who will be the critical point of contact for leading and managing a wide range of building enhancement projects to maximize guest satisfaction, supporting end-to-end project milestones, budgets, and execution to drive facilities excellence for Singapore’s site and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide project teams and external contractors to ensure seamless coordination and successful delivery of all asset enhancement initiatives, including retrofits, refurbishments, additions & alterations, or new building initiatives.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring positive cash flow and providing consistent updates on project expenditure.
- Manage and oversee the pre-qualification and bid evaluation process to appoint suitable contractors or vendors for each project.
- Ensure that all projects comply with statutory, prevailing building regulations, and other legal standards.
- Continuously track all project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all adjustments are thoroughly assessed and approved.
- Communicate with stakeholders, present project plans and progress reports, and foster teamwork among project members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in a general building and renovation works environment.
- Formal qualifications in a building-related discipline are highly preferred.
- In-depth working knowledge of building systems, construction methods and practices, and construction materials.
- Proven track record in a solution-oriented mindset to deal with complex project scopes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage large-scale project teams.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to relay and/or drive process improvements across a global organization to important stakeholders.
