Job Title: Head of APAC
A leading global provider of technology consulting and digital transformation services is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of APAC to join their team. This is a senior leadership role, where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading the sales strategy for the APAC region.
As the Head of APAC, you will leverage your extensive experience to lead a high-performing sales organization and build strong, lasting relationships with key clients in the financial services industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth and positioning them as a leader in digital transformation solutions for financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Head of APAC:
- Lead and Inspire: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales goals, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of success.
- Develop Sales Strategy: Define and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with global objectives, ensuring aggressive growth in the financial services vertical.
- Client Relationships: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders within large financial services firms, leveraging your established network in the sector.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new business opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals. Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities within APAC and expand footprint.
Key Requirements of the Head of APAC:
- Senior Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a senior sales leader, with at least 8-10 years of sales experience, including a strong background in leading and growing sales organizations.
- Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the financial services sector, with a well-established network of senior contacts and a proven track record of selling into financial institutions.
- Similar Company Experience: Experience working with companies that offer digital transformation, technology consulting, or managed services.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Expertise in handling complex sales cycles and negotiating high-value contracts with senior executives.
- Leadership Qualities: A strong, hands-on leader with the ability to build, scale, and motivate a team while maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset.
