Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head analytics across the APAC region within the gaming business. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through market, product, and competitive analysis to inform regional business strategy. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in analytics, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the APAC gaming landscape.

Head of Product Group, APAC
What will you do?
- You will be in charge of analytics functions in APAC, with a focus on strategic insights, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking.
- You will establish efficient analytics practices and systems from scratch to support regional initiatives and to collaborate with the global team.
- You will partner with cross-functional teams including publishing, player engagement, operations, and regional leadership—to align analytics with business objectives.
- You will drive data-informed decision-making through in-depth analysis of market trends, user behavior, and product performance.
- You will present key findings and strategic recommendations based on APAC market study and competitive analysis as well as the existing products’ data analysis to influence business directions.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 15 years experience in the positions of strategic planning, market analysis, or business intelligence in the gaming, technology or entertainment industry.
- Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives and translate the data into strategic recommendations.
- Deep knowledge or strong passion for APAC gaming markets and regional consumer behavior.
- Native speaker in an Asian language and fluent in English to support the APAC region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science; MS preferred.

- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with strategic management frameworks and analytical methodologies.
