• Establish and maintain high clinical standards through governance frameworks, KPI monitoring, audits, and professional development to ensure evidence-based, high-quality care.

• Optimize workforce deployment, create career pathways, implement training and mentorship programs, and drive leadership development for Allied Health professionals.

• Foster teamwork across healthcare disciplines, engage in strategic partnerships with government agencies and industry bodies, and contribute to sector-wide policy development.

Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and procurement while leveraging technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability in Allied Health services.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or related Allied Health discipline or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Rehabilitation Sciences preferred.
2. AHPC fully registered.
3. At least 12 years of clinical experience as a Principal Therapist or 3 years of experience leading a department or centre.
4. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities in developing Allied Health professionals.
5. Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource optimization for Allied Health services.
