Create and execute a strategic plan for Allied Health services, ensuring it aligns with the organization's long-term healthcare objectives and national healthcare policies.
Lead and manage the implementation of a Shared Services Model, streamlining the allocation of therapists and therapy assistants across various care settings.
Ensure that Allied Health services comply with Ministry of Health (MOH) licensing standards, covering rehabilitation and therapy services in nursing homes, hospice, etc.
Create and maintain clinical governance frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-driven rehabilitation and therapy services.
Design, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Allied Health services, ensuring they align with industry standards and benchmarks.
Manage the budget planning and financial sustainability of Allied Health services, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Coordinate the procurement of rehabilitation equipment and assistive devices to enhance therapy services across the organization's facilities.
Requirements
Minimum a degree in any Allied Health field (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work).
Masters in Healthcare Management or Rehabilitation Sciences is an added advantage.
12-15 years of clinical experience as a Principal Therapist or Senior Manager, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a rehabilitation department or service.
