As a senior leader in the Human Capital Solutions organization for Aon, drive client and commercial success through delivery of cutting-edge advisory and thought leadership across industries. Responsible for advisory revenue across lines which include (not limited to) organization design and workforce planning, job architecture, succession planning, sales force effectiveness, total rewards.
This role has the potential to be a team leader or individual contributor role, and will be expected to contribute to IP and thought leadership development, capability building, and knowledge management.

As a center of excellence for the Southeast Asia sub-region, our team members are ambassadors to innovate and bridge the leading solutions between global and local; the enablers to accelerate sub-region to sell and deliver large and complicated projects, contribute to the regional knowledge management; and the trailblazers to establish meaningful relationships with key accounts within Asia Pacific.
