Head, Management Information Systems (MIS)

Join our dynamic team as the Head, Management Information Systems (MIS) and lead the development and maintenance of our corporate applications and platforms. Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of MIS professionals, including system administrators and data engineers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an MIS strategy aligned with organizational goals while identifying technology needs and opportunities for improvement.

System Management: Oversee the configuration and optimization of our MIS solutions, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Project Development: Lead the development and implementation of new systems and applications, coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage timelines.

Budget Oversight: Manage the MIS budget, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization while monitoring expenses and identifying savings opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelorâ€s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.

10-15 years of experience in a senior IT management role, preferably in a regulated financial entity.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems development lifecycle, and IT security.

Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices, such as MAS TRM guidelines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
