Our client – a well-known Energy Management Solutions Provider is looking for an experienced Head – Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with business and manufacturing objectives.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for factory, technical, and engineering roles.
Oversee employee relations, labor union negotiations, and workplace conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, workplace safety (EHS), and industry regulations.
Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits while optimizing labor costs.
Support training and development programs for technical and production teams.
Drive HR initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Requirements:
7+ years in HR management, preferably in Manufacturing and Energy industries.
Understanding of factory operations, workforce management, and technical recruitment.
Strong expertise in HR policies, labor laws, talent development, and union relations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
