Job Summary: He/She will be overall responsible for ensuring that the taxi rental has a healthy, high-quality pool of drivers to meet fleet demand and growth. He/She will lead a team of recruitment and retention officers to implement programs to enhance hirers’ experience during recruitment, onboarding and training as well as develop effective recruitment strategies, and retention programs to minimize driver turnover. He/She will monitor and ensure staff performance and take care of staff welfare and development.
