Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, food quality, and efficient service.
  • Plan and coordinate food preparation, menu design, and innovative recipe development.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff while ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate on business strategy, customer engagement, and special event planning.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (Head Chef or Sous Chef).
  • Comfortable with working 5 days work week including weekends.
