Looking for a Head Chef who manages and oversees all kitchen operations, including menu planning, staff management, food preparation, quality control, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Operations & Management:

  • Menu Planning & Development:Creating menus, developing recipes, and adapting dishes based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Food Preparation & Quality Control:Overseeing food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards, and inspecting finished dishes before serving.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
  • Problem Solving:Addressing issues and resolving problems that may arise in the kitchen in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration:Working with restaurant management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
